Year 11 & 12 students immerse themselves in art and culture at the Perth Cultural Centre!
At the end of Term 2 our senior school Art students spent a vibrant and inspiring day at the Perth Cultural Centre, where they explored both the Art Gallery of WA and the State Library of WA.
A highlight of the day was the Pulse Perspectives exhibition, featuring outstanding artwork by last year’s Year 12 students. The creativity and talent on display sparked thoughtful discussion and inspiration among our own students. At the State Library, students engaged in focused study time, working on a written assessment task in a calm and enriching environment. Break times were spent relaxing in the city garden, enjoying the sunshine and being entertained by a lively busker dressed in colourful attire. With beautiful weather, meaningful learning opportunities, and a rich cultural experience, the excursion was both educational and enjoyable — a day our students won’t soon forget.
