Civics and Citizenship in HASS

Over two sessions this term, Mrs Norman's Year 10 HASS class have been visited by Murdoch University's Street Law program.

Based on their second year unit Law in the Community, a group of Law students from Murdoch came out to us to deliver two interactive lessons based on Australia's system of government, and criminal law.

The lessons were a great opportunity for students to engage with the curriculum and learn more about what tertiary opportunities are available to them.
