PARTY Program 2025
Year 11 and 12 Students were lucky enough to have the opportunity to attend St John of God Midland on Friday 15 August 2025, to participate in the P.A.R.T.Y (Prevent Alcohol and Risk- Related Trauma in Youth) Program.
The purpose of the P.A.R.T.Y. program is to teach young people about the risks of unsafe choices and how to make safer decisions to prevent injury or death. Students were guided through a patient’s journey, from the ambulance ride to the hospital, through the emergency department and intensive care unit, and finally to the physiotherapy room designed for rehabilitation.
It was an excellent day where students deepened their understanding of the risks associated with alcohol consumption and gained valuable insights from a range of hospital staff.
We would like to sincerely thank Royal Perth Hospital for their continued commitment to running the P.A.R.T.Y. program and educating our students on the importance of making safe choices.
